Each day I'm living my dreams. As a writer/photographer I get a chance to create products and promote them to those that enjoy them. Don't get it twisted, learning how to make money online didn't come overnight. Easy is not a part of it. It has been and continues to be a process. As they say on my favorite deceased TV Show, "The Wire,"-- "the game always changes."

That's right, the game has changed in making money online. Instead of focusing as much on SEO tactics many are becoming wealthy by using social networking strategies. They're maximizing their promotional gems using Twitter, Facebook.

You've seen their promotions, offers for group coaching, MLM Secrets, and popular party events. Know what they have in common with each other? These promoters have created a following of people who are interested in their status updates. Why? Because maybe just once an offer will generate a solution to a problem for someone. And that's when social networking works. That's when it become worth the time.

Online Social Networking is just like meeting people in person, and I've said it all along, just be yourself and people will naturally gravitate to you. That concept may be difficult to accomplish for some because they haven't let their minds grasp the process of creating a virtual friend. One discovered on a computer.

These relationships are real. When people discover a commonality, bonds are formed and friendships born.

As an added bonus, you can always incorporate what you know about SEO Marketing, every little bit helps.

When the recession happened I lost my job. I had just had major surgery and had got fired while in my hospital bed. But that didn't stop me. I started forging relationships with successful people. People like John Sullivan, Frank J., and ThatDudeDean. Frank and John educated me about promoting my blog and getting reciprocal traffic. ThatDudeDean showed me what all that traffic looks like when you get it.

Relationships are what build strong social networking bonds. Cultivate an online relationship today, it could turn into something profitable.

Create relationships and get paid for them. I just read that Michigan has a 16.9% unemployment rate. Here's a job that I know pays well: GBG 10-In-One Distributor. No huge monthly autoship, work at your leisure, promote a healthy lifestyle in the process. If you live in Michigan and want to know how GBG-10-In-One can make a difference in your life, contact me on Twitter: @teasastips.

Social Networking Is Easy If You Follow The Rules

Ok, so now you've joined a social networking community, now what?

Here's a primer, a list of dos and don'ts....take heed or risk alienation from a viable source of traffic and professional networking.

  1. Participate in forum discussions. I belong to www.iseecolor.com and am pretty active in the daily discussions. People will begin to recognize you, and respect your opinion or not respect your opinion. It's totally up to you.
  2. Seek out like minded friends. It's ok to befriend as many people as you can. Just try to stay in your own ballpark, if you are a home based business owner who has a travel business, seek out other travel business owners. Stay in your own neighborhood, it works out better that way. Besides, you may make a lifelong friend that could be the source of a never ending stream of contacts and revenue.
  3. Complete your profile! Don't join a social networking group if you are not going to complete a profile. Have a picture of yourself stored on your hard drive so people can put a name with the words they are reading. Remember, the internet is made up of strangers from across the globe, you are trying to introduce yourself, so put your best foot forward.
  4. I hate spam in social networking groups, and you probably do too. So, don't send out a sales message as your initial contact email. If someone is interested in what you do, you don't have to try to sell them on the first meeting, that wil come later. Remember, that before a person buys from you, they have to trust you first.
  5. Schedule time every week to visit your social networking group. Many internet marketers hold down full time jobs, and being online everday to browse a networking group just isn't possible. Family time, and life in general just doesn't permit it. Write it in your planner what day(s) of the week and how many hours per week you will dedicate to your social networking group.
  6. There are niche groups around, so you no longer have to worry about spreading yourself thin by joining too many social networking groups. Iowa Avenue is for the health oriented side of you, Black Business Space is for the African American business person in you, and so on...you can now concentrate on just one group and make the maximum amount of connections with your social networking.
  7. You should Twitter! You really should, if you have the time. Twitter can be good or bad for you, if you know how to use it. Think of Twitter as a place where people quickly scan tweets for information. In 140 characters or less you must present a compelling case for followers to click or else they are gone to the next tweet. Don't abuse Twitter like a spammer, use it to communicate with like minded people on the fly. It works, really.
  8. Make sure you have a brand, or a signature that people are familiar with. If your blog is called NASCAR Dan, then that is probably what people know you as--so use that name or signature in all your social networking efforts. The more people see it, the more name recognition you will receive.
Social networking is easy, but there are unspoken rules. Rules that can make or break you in your journey to gain recognition, traffic and ultimately more money if that's your goal. However, you can shoot yourself in the foot if you disregard the rules of the road, the social networking road that is.

Viral Marketing also known otherwise as Viral Advertising is a marketing technique used to build the public awareness of one’s product or company. In a nutshell, companies ride on the idea that if people like the content of a media they will pass it on to their friends and family. They sponsor the certain media, such as a cool flash game, funny video, amusing story and such, which one may pass on to another with the company brand or logo or the products description or any other content to help promote the company or its product.

Viral marketing has become a popular means of advertising and marketing because they are relatively low cost. To avoid being tagged as spam mail, viral marketing counts on the eagerness of one person to pas on the product. If a person sees the name of the person they know as the sender, they won’t block it and open it as well.

Many companies offer incentives such as discounts and rebates when they help in spreading their viral marketing. They rely on the number of recipients a viral marketing gets from one person in determining the amount or number of incentive they can be attributed with.

Using Viral Marketing to your advantage

The main and foremost advantage of viral marketing is that you get a lot of publicity and public awareness about your site and your company. 3 Things All Affiliate Marketers Need To Survive Online

CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR FREE DOWNLOAD: THE SECRET TO CREATING RICH AND REWARDING RELATIONSHIPS BY MINESH BALAXI!!

Every affiliate marketer is always looking for the successful market that gives the biggest paycheck. Sometimes they think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them. Actually, it is more complicated than that. It is just good marketing practices that have been proven over years of hard work and dedication.
There are tactics that have worked before with online marketing and is continuing to work in the online affiliate marketing world of today. With these top three marketing tips, you will be able to able to increase your sales and survive in the affiliate marketing online.

What are these three tactics?

1. Using unique web pages to promote each separate product you are marketing. Do not lump all of it together just to save some money on web hosting. It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on what the product can do to those who buys them. Also include testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Be sure that these customers are more than willing to allow you to use their names and photos on the site of the specific product you are marketing.

You can also write articles highlighting the uses of the product and include them on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information. Each headline should attract the readers to try and read more, even contact you. Highlight your special points. This will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible position them at the very top side of your page so it they simply cannot be missed. Try to create autoresponder messages that will be mailed to those who input their personal information into your sign up box. According to research, a sale is closed usually on the seventh contact with a prospect.

Only two things can possibly happen with the web page alone: closed sale or the prospect leaving the page and never return again. By placing useful information into their inboxes at certain specified period, you will remind them of the product they thought they want later and will find out that the sale is closed. Be sure that the content is directed toward specific reasons to buy the product. Do not make it sound like a sales pitch.

Focus on important points like how your product can make life and things easier and more enjoyable. Include compelling subject lines in the email. As much as possible, avoid using the word “free” because there are still older spam filters that dumps those kind of contents into the junk before even anyone reading them first. Convince those who signed up for your free reports that they will be missing something big if they do not avail of your products and services.

3. Get the kind of traffic that is targeted to your product. Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back. Write articles for publication in e-zines and e-reports. This way you can locate publications that is focusing on your target customers and what you have put up might just grab their interest.

Try to write a minimum of 2 articles per week, with at least 300-600 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles you can generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site in a day.

Always remember that only 1 out of 100 people are likely to buy your product or get your services. If you can generate as much as 1,000 targeted hits for your website in a day, that means you can made 10 sales based on the average statistic.

The tactics given above does not really sound very difficult to do, if you think about it. It just requires a little time and an action plan on your part.

Try to use these tips for several affiliate marketing programs. You can end maintaining a good source of income and surviving in this business that not all marketers can do.
Besides, think of the huge paychecks you will be receiving…
