This helps me remain positive when things don't go so well, and just so you know, I have those times too. I'm just telling you, so that you will be prepared when they happen. Nothing is perfect, there are ups and downs to everything you do in life, and owning your own business is no different.
Its important to always connect with the people in your organization who are motivated --they are like diamonds in the rough. If you spend time cultivating them, teaching them and being available when they need you, they just may become rich, and make you rich in the process!
